Raven only knows what you tell her during onboarding. She doesn't make things up. If a customer asks her something she doesn't have an answer to, she captures their info and tells them you'll follow up personally. She will even text you or email you a copy of the conversation with the customer so you know what they have asked before you call them back. Nothing gets fabricated.
